1．当客户给的铜厚我们不知道是底铜还是完成铜厚时(例如客户资料写的是2OZ)
I wonder if the copper thickness 2OZ(layer1-6)is base copper or finished copper , pls clarify !
Our suggestion : finished copper thickness is 2OZ in all layer
2．客户升版本更改，但客户下的此次订单与上次订单的铜厚不一致，（例如此次客户下的是35/35UM，上次是70/70UM）
pls see the following picture(Q1),you need the base copper is 35/35um ,but in old revision ,the base copper is 70/70um ,which one shall we follow for this order? Pls clarify !

3.当客户第18项制作要求中要求我们要在TOP和BOMMOT面线路上加抢电PAD时，但客户的资料里根本没有工艺边，我们无法加抢电PAD时（因为抢电PAD是要加在工艺边上的），确认我们是否可以忽略第18项制作要求，请客户允许？
pls see picture as below ,this board is no place to add copper Balance On CS&PS ,but customer required adding copper balance on both side artwork in fab drawing note 18 , so please indicate the place where add copper balance ,you can indicate on below picture fig01 and fig02.

4．当客户要求我们要加某个编号是，但我们不知道如何加编号。
we don’t know how to add the batch No. pls explain it to us.
5．当客户要求我们制作文字（标志）时的厚度要117.78um,但是我们无法达到时，需向客户澄清我们在制作文字时的厚度是5-10UM，请客户确认是否可以！
the marking thickness you demanded is 0.007”(117.8um)min that we can’t meet it .The marking thickness we can build 5-15um if use silkscreen print.

6.当客户没有给我们板子的外型图时
You don’t offer me the figure of the board , pls provide !
7．客户没有指定阻焊颜色时，我们打算用绿色
You don’t specify the color of soldermask , we would like to use green, pls confirm it .

8．当我们不知道客户给的板依什么标准去检验时，我们建议按IPC-A-600G CLASS 2
We don’t know this board checked and accepted by which standard ,we would like to use IPC-A-600G class 2 ,pls confirm !

9．客户要求我们加UL和板子型号在文字层上的时候，我们问客户是否是加UL和FR-4字符在文字面上，和客户确认！

10．当客户要求我们阻焊厚度是10-13UM，我们在制作时有些困难，我们只能达到5-20UM，请客户按我们的能力来制作.
the soldermask thickness you demanded is 10-13um that we have difficult to build, we can do the soldermask Thickness 5-20um, pls accept making the board per our capability .
Our suggestion: The soldermask Thickness 5-20um is acceptable .
11.客户没有指定文字层的颜色时 ,建议客户用白色油墨。
You don’t specify the color of legend, we would like to use white, pls confirm it .

12.当客户给的我们底铜是0.5OZ而完成铜厚是48UM时，我们达不到时,问客我们能否将底铜是0.5oz 而完成铜是38um制作
this board you demand the base copper 0.5oz and finish copper 48UM that we have difficult to build ,we will follow the reply of p/n”55555” which use base copper 0.5Oz and finished copper thickness min 38um to build , pls confirm
13.当客户给的金厚或镍我们无法达到时，或没有提供时 ,建议客户按IPC-6012 CLASS2制作。
This board you demand the GOLD thickness 1um and NI thickness 5um that we have difficult to build ,we suggest to follow the standard of IPC-6012 class2(gold min 0.8um over Ni min 2um),pls confirm!
14.当客户没有表面处理要求时，我建议客户做喷锡处理
there is no surface treatment requirement in your order and specification , could we decide the surface treatment is hot air solder leveled (HASL) ?
our suggestion: HASL
15.我们不知道PCB CODE是否为终端客户的品名，比如P111这样的，如果不是，请提供更多的资料给我们。
can we regard “pcb code ”as part number of ended customer such as “pll1”?if not ,please give us more detail!
16.我们不知道客户说的refusal’s logo是什么含义，需要客户解释给我们听！
we can’t catch the meanings of “refusal’s logo” clearly , pls explain it to us
17.客户文字会被阻焊套掉时或没地方放时,如果客户不同意，则请你们修改并把修改好的GERBER文件给我司!
see the picture 1),these legend are too small to print and no space to enlarge ,we will modify similar character as picture 2), pls confirm！if (picture 2) is not ok ,pls modify it and offer the modified GERBER file to us , tks!

18.当客户给的要求我们不知道时，我们建议客户用别的标准
we have no the standard of “IPC-7351”on hand , and we don’t know if there are some useful information in it .
Our suggestion: 1) Ignore it 2) we will follow IPC-A-600G instead of IPC-7351 .
19.客户要求TG≥180时而且是SY1170板材时，我们知道SY1170板材的TG只有170时,与客户要求不符。
customer require TG≥180 degree ,and use SY1170 material ,but we would like to tell you, for SY1170 material , their TG only to be 170 degree ,detail see attachment , they are conflicted with your requirement
suggestion : use SY1170 material with TG≥170 degree
20.客户要求所有的板厚是1.0MM,但他又要求用0.7mm的芯料做，板的成品板厚最多是0.8mm,如果客户要求板厚要1.0mm我们可以建议他我们可以按公差0.9+/-0.1mm来做（我们用0.8MM的芯料）
See Q3,the customer require overall PCB thickness max 1.0mm,and you require core thickness is 0.70mm,if you use 0.70mm core ,the board thickness is only to be 0.80mm,if you hope to the max thickness to be 1.0mm,so we think that your thickness follow 0.90+/-0.10mm,we can use 0.80mm core.
Our suggestion: The board thickness is 0.90+/-0.10mm.
21.当客户某处资料的铜厚我们不知道是底铜还是完成铜厚时
customer require the copper thickness is 34um,we don’t know if it is base or finished copper.
Our suggestion : A the base copper is 18um,finished copper ≥35um
B the base copper is 35um
22.当客户分孔图里的孔径大小和钻带不一样时，问客以哪个为准？
the customer require the hole size is 1.55-1.65mm, That is to say ,the hole size is 1.60+/-0.05mm.but we found that their size are 1.50mm in the “350387drl124.drl”
Our suggestion: We will follow the “350387drl124.drl”,their size are 1.50+/-0.05mm.
23.当客户给的钻孔公差是+/-0.00时，我司无法控制。
customer indicate the holes of tolerance is +/-0.0mm, their tolerance is Something impossible.
Our suggestion: Pth tolerance is +/-0.08mm, Npth tolerance is +/-0.05mm.
24.当客户资料的尺寸和我们测量的尺寸不一样时,该以哪处为准？
it show size is 5.100 inch in your “900-100-50067 Panel V04.gbr”,but we measure the size is 5.107inch in gerber , which shall we follow ?
Our suggestion: we will follow gerber to build
25.客户要求不要V-CUT，但他捞的宽度没有指明时，需问客确认。
according your panel drawing ,the board no v-cut only need routing ,but you don't indicate the slot width in fab drawing .
Our suggestion: the slot width is 2.40mm.
26.当客户给的钻孔有部分我们觉得像槽时，但我们不知道他的大小时,需向客户确认
Pls see below drawing, we think the 8 off ф25mil hole on oval pads should be made as slot holes, pls confirm.If it is, then what’s the size of it? The board is on line and we are urgent for your quickly response, TKS so much!
27.当客户修改资料时，但没有说明是否需更改拼版？需向客户确认。
Because this board unit size is same as the p/n: V5SC104-V1.Pls confirm the panel drawing is same as the panel drawing of p/n: V5SC104-V1? ,We consider them are same and we will follow the pane drawing of P/N: V5SC104-V1 to produce. pls confirm.
28．当客户给的书面资料里的槽尺寸和GERBER里不一样时，需问客确认。
The data of notches in Q1 differs that in gerber, one is 3.55”X3.775”and another is 75*150mil the in gerber , Pls confirm we should follow the gerber data to build or pls supply new outline

29.当客户要求的,我们达不到时，我们要求客户放松！
The range of press fit holes to be 1.125mm to 1.175mm is too strict for us in Q2, the best we can do is 1.14+/-0.05mm, pls relax it. otherwise we can’t do it.
Our suggestion: Ok to relax it 1.14+/-0.05mm.
30．当我们看不懂客户某处资料时
We can’t catch the meaning of the note 3 clearly : plate through finished hole size to be within 1.00mm to 1.09mm, because we found that these are 11 kinds of the plated through holes size in the board which is from 0.508mm to 3.81mm. pls make a explain of it or ignore it.
Our suggestion: ignore it
31．当防焊有“+”没开窗时，但我们觉得要开，这时我们需向客户确认.
The “+”mark have no solder mask opening , we would like follow the gerber. (see Below photo)
Our suggestion: Follow the gerber
32.当客户叫我们加UL周期时，他没规定我们要加在哪里时，我们要向客户确认是加在线路上（则会上锡），还是加在丝印字符上
“UL+date in wet film bottom-side” was required in your “PCB sepc-060DJE685D.DOC”. Since the PCB are full of copper, we have no appropriate room to add it , so we suggest :
A. UL+date in wet film, and The UL and date date will be tin.
B. Make a bottom film add the UL and DATE CODE in silk-screen.
33.当客户有一个正方形没有开窗时，我们确认是要开窗还是依GERBER制作不开窗
Two square solder pads without solder mask openings on “L1.spl” in gerber.( see Below photo ). So we suggest :
A. Follow the Gerber .
B. Add solder mask openings for them.
34.当客户要求锡厚5-15UM，超了我们的制作能力时，我们向客户澄清能不能改为最小0.75Um和孔里的锡厚是最小5UM时
“lead free.5-15um thick”was required in“Specifikation 4307-0051B.pdf”, The tin thickness is out of our produce ability , To smooth the production, we would like to change the tin thickness from 5-15um to 0.75um(min)in surface and 5um(min)in hole.
Our suggestion: Tin thick 0.75um(min) in surface and 5um(min) in hole.
35.当客户只是简洁的要求板材，不是很清楚时,向客户确认。
“FR4 0.8 mm 1/1 made by ITEQ for the pcb production” was required in your e-mail, we wonder if the FR4 0.80 mm 1/1 is base material or final requirement ?
We would like use 0.7 mm core, 0.5/0.5 including copper, finished copper thickness will be 1OZ,and board finished thickness will be 0.8+/-0.10mm. Please confirm
36.当客户分孔图里的孔数和钻孔不一样时
See Q2: In drawing, it marked number of the hole size of 13 mil is “391”,but in drill data the number of the hole size of 13 mil is “393”.
Our suggestion: “393” in drill data is ok .
37.当客户资料的BGA要塞孔时，我们建议他开窗
See Q4: We need to confirm the hole size of 0.25mm at position BGA whether need to plug ,If plug the via at position BGA,we will delete both side of the via soldermask opening .
Our suggestion: plug the via at position BGA and delete SM opening both side .
38.客户要求指定线路有阻抗时，但我们在gerber中找不到这重线路时，需问客确认
See Q3: In NOTES 23,you requirement” control differential impedance to 100 OHMS +/-10% ON ALL EXTERNAL SIGNAL LAYER (TRACE WIDTH=0.004”). but we can’t find 0.004” track on outer layer , there are some 0.005” track marked in white as below fig.1 shown that are found in out layer ,we wonder if 0.005” track should be impedance –controlled .
So we suggest :
1) L1: 5mil/4.5mil differential impedance value: 90 OHMS +/-10% (reference layer is L2)
2) L3 and L4: 4mil single impedance value: 50 OHMS +/-10% (reference layer is L2 and L5)
3) L7 and L8: 8mil single impedance value: 50 OHMS +/-10% (reference layer is L6 and L9)
39.当客户要求我们要达到某向目的时，还要达到我们不知道的某个标准时
IN notes 1, WE can’t catch the meanings Of “THE BOARD SUPPLIED BY THIS DRAWING SHALL BE TYPE-3.” And we have no “IPC-ML-950C CLASS 2.” On hand .
Our suggestion: ignore it, and follow IPC-6012 class 2 , IPC-A-600F CLASS 2 to build
